Creative Strategy for D2C Brands

The Ad That Worked Last Month
Is Dying Right Now.

Creative fatigue is silent and expensive. Your ROAS is declining and you're watching it happen but the fix isn't a bigger budget or a better audience — it's a systematic creative pipeline that produces fresh, tested, data-informed content every single week. We build that pipeline for you, and we run the ads on top of it. Both, together. Never one without the other.

We audit your existing creative and show you exactly what's fatiguing and what to test next.

UGC Production Hook Testing Weekly Batch Cycle Feedback Loop Static Creatives Seasonal Calendars Meta Ads Management End-to-End In-House

Three Reasons Your Ads Stop
Working Before You Notice.

These are the three patterns we see in every D2C brand that comes to us with a creative problem.

You're running the same 3 creatives from 4 months ago

The algorithm has shown your ads to everyone they'll convert. The audience is saturated. The hook has been seen. CTR is falling, CPM is rising, and the only fix is new creative. But new creative requires a system, not a sprint.

You're producing content but testing nothing

You have videos going live but no structured angle testing, no hook variations, and no feedback loop telling you what resonated and why. You're spending to learn nothing. Every week is a blank slate.

Creative and media buying are handled separately

Your creative team doesn't understand what the algorithm rewards. Your media buyer is making do with whatever creative they get. The disconnect between creative strategy and campaign performance means both sides are always working blind.

UGC and Creator Content

The Best Performing Ad Doesn't
Look Like an Ad.

UGC — User Generated Content — is the creative format that dominates paid social because it is native to the platform. It looks like the content a viewer was already scrolling through. It doesn't trigger the automatic mental skip that polished brand ads do. And when a real person talks about a product they actually use, it converts at a different level than anything a studio shoot can produce.

We source nano and mid-tier creators whose audience profile matches your customer avatar. Not by follower count alone — by niche relevance, content authenticity, and purchase intent signals in their audience. A fitness creator with 25,000 highly engaged followers who trust their product recommendations will outperform a generic lifestyle creator with 400,000 passive followers every time.

We brief every creator specifically for your brand — hook first, product demonstration, specific angle, clear CTA — and we edit the raw footage into multiple variations. One video shoot becomes five testable ads with different hooks, different cuts, and different lengths. You get volume from every production.

If you already have B-rolls, brand videos, or existing footage, we work with that too. Good raw material in our hands becomes significantly more creative output than it would otherwise.

How we source and brief creators
Creator Identification by Avatar Match

We match creators to your specific customer profile — demographics, interests, purchase behaviour — not just category and follower size.

Detailed Creative Briefs Per Video

Hook, angle, product usage instructions, tone, length target, and CTA. The brief removes creative guesswork so the creator performs, not improvises.

One Shoot, Multiple Hook Variations

Each raw video gets edited into multiple cuts — different opening hooks, different lengths, different emphasis. One production investment, five or more testable ads.

B-Roll and Existing Assets Welcome

If you have brand footage, product demos, or previous content, we integrate it. Strong existing assets reduce production time and cost.

Static Creatives Alongside Video

Image-based ads serve specific placements and audiences that video doesn't always reach. We produce static creatives in parallel as part of every weekly batch.

These are not opinions. These are patterns we have validated across dozens of D2C campaigns. Every ad we produce is built around all seven.

01
Scene changes every 2 seconds

On a platform where every swipe is a competitor, a static shot loses attention in under three seconds. Fast cuts keep watch time high and watch time is what the algorithm rewards.

02
HD quality — clear, well-lit, sharp

Authentic UGC does not mean low-quality. Blurry, dark, or shaky footage signals low value before a word is spoken. We brief creators with specific technical requirements so every video looks as good as it performs.

03
Product used in multiple real scenarios

A single use case limits your audience. Show the product solving the problem in three different contexts and three different people recognise themselves. More scenarios means more buyers.

04
Hook built around a specific customer avatar

Broad hooks speak to nobody. The best hooks speak so specifically to one type of person that they stop scrolling because they feel personally called out. We write distinct hooks per customer sub-avatar, not one generic opener.

05
30 seconds to 2 minutes — earned, not padded

Length is not a formula. A 30-second ad should earn every second. A 2-minute ad should earn every second. We cut everything that doesn't move the viewer toward the decision. Short is not always better. Tight is always better.

06
An offer so easy to say yes to, they feel silly not to

The creative does not exist without an offer to close. We help you build the offer framing into the ad — bundle value, urgency, bonus stacking, guarantee — so the viewer's last objection is handled before the CTA appears.

07
60-day money-back guarantee front and centre

Risk reversal removes the last barrier between a warm viewer and a converted customer. A prominently placed refund guarantee consistently improves conversion rate. We build it into the ad structure, not just the product page.

+
Seasonal and cultural calendar awareness

BFCM, Easter, Back to School, Valentine's Day, New Year — every major shopping moment gets a tailored creative batch prepared in advance. Not reactive. Prepared weeks ahead so you never miss a spend window.

The Hook Is Everything.
We Test Every Angle Until We Find What Wins.

Different buyers respond to completely different emotional triggers. We test the angles that have proven records, isolate the one that resonates with your specific audience, and double down on it.

High Priority

Us vs Them

Direct comparison against alternatives or old ways of solving the problem. Works well for products with clear differentiation.

High Priority

Fear / Loss Aversion

What does the viewer lose by not acting? Powerful for products that solve a real pain where inaction has a cost.

High Priority

Social Proof / Bandwagon

"Thousands of people already use this" removes the fear of being first. Especially powerful for newer brands building trust.

High Priority

Transformation / Before and After

Show the clear, specific before state and after state. The viewer has to see themselves in the before to want the after.

Tested Regularly

Curiosity Gap

Withhold just enough information that clicking feels necessary. High hook rate when done correctly.

Tested Regularly

Authority / Expert Endorsed

A credible voice vouching for the product. Works well in health, fitness, and professional categories.

Tested Regularly

Problem Callout

Open by naming the exact problem the viewer has. The recognition creates an instant emotional connection.

Seasonal

Urgency / Scarcity

Limited time or limited stock. Reserved for genuine moments — BFCM, product launches, restocks — never fabricated.

New Creative Every Monday.
Next Week Ready Every Friday.

The creative system runs on a fixed weekly rhythm. No gaps. No scrambles. No weeks where ads are running on stale content.

Monday

New Batch Goes Live

Fresh creatives from last week's production cycle launch into the ad account. New hooks, new angles, new formats enter testing.

Tuesday / Wednesday

Performance Data Gathering

We monitor early signals — hook rate, CTR, watch time, early conversion data — to see what the algorithm is responding to from the new batch.

Wednesday / Thursday

Feedback Loop Review

We analyse what's working. Which angles are winning? Which hooks are stopping the scroll? Which formats are driving purchases? This data informs the next brief.

Thursday / Friday

Next Week's Batch in Production

Creator briefs go out. Scripts are written. New hooks are developed based on what last week's data told us. Video editing begins on incoming footage.

Friday

Next Batch Approved and Ready

Completed creatives are reviewed and approved by Friday. The weekend is not a gap in the pipeline. Monday launch is guaranteed.

Every Week We Learn.
Every Week We Get Better.

The difference between a creative system and a random content schedule is the feedback loop. Ours is structured, documented, and feeds directly into every brief we write.

STEP 01

Deploy the Creative Batch

New video and static ads go live on Monday. Each creative has a tagged hypothesis — which angle, which hook type, which format.

STEP 02

Measure What Matters

Hook rate, CTR, watch time, conversion rate. We track at the individual creative level, not campaign aggregate. We know which specific video drove which result.

STEP 03

Extract the Learning

What angle won? What hook stopped the scroll? What format drove the lowest cost per purchase? The findings get documented in our creative intelligence log.

STEP 04

Brief the Next Batch Smarter

Every winning creative informs the next brief. We don't start from zero each week. We iterate from evidence. The creative library gets sharper every cycle.

REPEAT

Compound the Advantage

Week 4 creative is significantly better than week 1 because it is built on four weeks of real performance data. This compounding is unavailable to brands running creative ad hoc.

Creative Strategy + Meta Ads

This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Creative strategy without media buying is content production that never gets properly tested. Media buying without creative strategy is a budget burning through the same tired ads until ROAS collapses.

When the same team manages both, the feedback loop closes completely. The person running the ads is the same person writing the creative brief for next week. They know exactly which hook rate dropped, which cost per purchase went up, and which angle needs testing. That knowledge goes directly into the next production cycle without translation, interpretation, or delay.

This integration is why our creative gets better faster than it would in a setup where creative and media buying are siloed. And it is why we will not take on creative strategy as a standalone service — because the output would be disconnected from the performance data that makes creative strategy actually work.

Creative Strategy is available exclusively alongside Meta Ads management. If you're looking for a standalone content production service, this isn't the right fit. If you want creative and media buying working as a single system, this is exactly what we do.

What we need from you to get started
Brand Bible and Guidelines

Tone of voice, visual identity, colour palette, typography, and any brand rules we need to follow. This is non-negotiable — creative without brand direction produces generic output.

Existing Assets (Optional but Valuable)

Product photography, existing video footage, B-roll, customer testimonials. We can work without these but more raw material means more creative output from day one.

Product to Send to Creators

We coordinate with you on shipping product samples to UGC creators. We handle the logistics and briefing. You send the product.

Quick Weekly Feedback

Creative review and approval each Friday takes 15 to 20 minutes. That is the only recurring time commitment we need from you. We handle everything else.

Running Meta Ads But ROAS Is Declining

You had a creative that worked. Now it doesn't. You know you need new content but you don't have the system to produce it consistently and you can't afford to have your account run on stale creatives for another month.

Producing Content But Testing Nothing

You're working with creators or producing content internally but there is no structured testing system. You don't know which angles work, which hooks convert, or whether this month's creative is better or worse than last month's.

Launching a New Product on Meta

You have a product ready to scale and you want to build the creative system correctly from the start — with UGC, structured hook testing, and a feedback loop that compounds from week one rather than month six.

Who this isn't for: Brands that want creative strategy without Meta Ads management, or brands not yet running paid social. This service requires an active ad account and a product ready for scale. If that's not you yet, start with our free audit and we'll tell you when the timing is right.

From Creative Audit to
Weekly Compounding Results

How the engagement starts and how it runs every week after.

STEP 01

Free Creative Audit

We review your existing creative library, identify which assets are fatiguing, and map out the angles and hook types that are missing. You get a clear diagnosis before you commit to anything.

STEP 02

Strategy and Onboarding

We define your customer avatar and sub-avatars, map the angles to test, build the first batch of creative briefs, and begin creator sourcing. You provide the brand bible and any existing assets.

STEP 03

First Batch in Production

Creator content is briefed, produced, edited into hook variations, and supplemented with statics. The first full batch is ready within two to three weeks of onboarding.

STEP 04

The Weekly Cycle Begins

New creatives live every Monday. Data reviewed mid-week. Next batch briefed and ready by Friday. The loop runs every week and compounds with every cycle.

Your only recurring time commitment is a 15-minute Friday creative review. We handle everything else — sourcing, briefing, production, editing, uploading, and performance tracking.

No. Creator identification, outreach, vetting, briefing, and management are all handled by us. You do not need to find, contact, or manage a single creator. We identify creators whose audience and content style match your specific customer avatar — not just people in your product category — and brief them with detailed scripts so the output is intentional rather than improvised.

Volume depends on the scope agreed at onboarding. A standard weekly batch typically includes 4 to 8 video variations (produced from 2 to 3 creator shoots, edited into multiple hook cuts) plus 2 to 4 static creatives. The batch is sized to give the Meta algorithm enough creative diversity to learn from without spreading budget too thin across too many untested assets. We'll agree the right batch size based on your monthly ad spend level.

Because creative strategy that isn't connected to real campaign performance data is just content production. The whole value of the system is the feedback loop — where the performance data from the ads directly informs what gets briefed next week. If we produce creative that someone else runs, we never see the data that tells us whether the angle worked. The loop breaks. The system stops improving. We are not a content agency. We are a performance creative partner, and that requires owning both sides of the equation.

Excellent — existing footage is a head start. We will audit what you have during onboarding, identify which assets have creative potential, and edit them into hook variations and angle tests as part of the first batch. Good raw footage in our hands significantly increases how much creative output you see in the first weeks before new UGC is produced. Existing B-roll and brand videos are incorporated into every relevant creative we build.

First batch is live within two to three weeks. You'll see early signal data — hook rates, initial CTRs — within the first week of the batch running. Meaningful performance improvements, where the feedback loop has had enough cycles to identify winning angles and double down on them, typically appear at the four to six week mark. The compounding effect — where each batch meaningfully outperforms the previous one — is usually clear by the second month. Creative improvement is not a spike. It is a gradient that steepens over time.
